Do you provide international delivery?

 

Yes, we provide international delivery for flowers. Note: Depending on the location, delivery may take up to 72 hours.

 

 

Can I custom create an arrangement?

 

Yes! View our Custom Selection here to start the process or give us a call and one of our florists will help you create your perfect arrangement.

 

 

What is your return policy?

 

For bouquets and arrangements: If your arrangement does not last for 24 hours after purchase, contact us as soon as possible and FBSA will replace your purchase free of charge. Note that some flowers have longer blooming times than others when purchasing your arrangement.

 

For potted plants and flowers: If you notice that a potted plant or flower is below standard quality, contact us as soon as possible. If FBSA has been hired to maintain the plant, FBSA will replace the plant or flower free of charge.

How do I track my order?

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer same-day pick up and delivery for anywhere in New York City. Note: Same-day delivery may not be available depending on when the order was placed. For international orders, please leave a 72 hour window between ordering and preferred delivery date.

 

I am looking for a particular flower. Can you order it for me?

 

Yes! If you are looking for a particular type of flower or plant that we do not carry in our store, we can order it for you.

 

Do you provide weekly arrangements?
 

Yes! We work with offices and private residences all around the city. Contact us here to receive a free consultation. 

 

Do you provide landscaping services?

Care Instructions

 
 
Most of our plants are hearty and low maintenance, which makes them a perfect addition to any home or office space. 
 
  • Keep potted plants in a well-lit area and water once a week. Keep plants away from heaters and air conditioners.
 
  • Keep blooming orchids in a dark and cool area.  To water, use one ice cube per stem weekly. For orchids that are no longer blooming, place the plant in the sunniest spot in your space and water once a week with an ice cube.
 
  • For cut flowers we recommend changing the water in the vase every two days to keep them looking healthy.
